Richard entered real estate in 1995. Currently he is Broker/Owner for Legendary Properties, LLC in Arizona and California. He is a NY Native, has a BS in Business Mangement from Canisius College, he is a Vietnam Veteran and retired in 1991 as Vice President, Operations from Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC).

Jeremy Schutt

Jeremy is a graduate of the Renewal Education School of Real Estate, and currently a licensed Arizona Department of Real Estate Broker and Realtor® for Legendary Properties, LLC. In California, he is a California Department of Real Estate Realtor® for Legendary Properties, LLC. He has a degree in Construction Engineering from ASU and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
